Menina has been adjudicating dance competitions since 1997 with various dance competitions.

She has also appeared as a guest judge on the TV Show DANCE MOMS where she adjudicated Maddie Ziegler, Kalani Hilliker, Kendall Vertes, Mackenzie Ziegler, JoJo Siwa Nia Sioux to name a few.

She has been a guest speaker at various dance events - Royal Academy of Dance's En Avant Teacher Conference, Move It Expo, The Hollywood Summer Tour & CID World Congress.

She has been on the SAG (Screen Actors Guild) National Dance committee, on the voting committee of World Choreography Awards and currently on the advisory board of Relativity School's BFA's Commercial Dance Program.
